The Association shall not be responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of the following:

• Garage door openers.
• Sump pumps.
• A/C Compressor including concrete support pad.
• Other facilities or equipment shown on the chart shown on pages 26 -31 of the rules and regulations as Co-Owners’ responsibility.
