Welcome River Pines residents to our new 2012 web site. We want the web site to be a a place where you can get the important information about River Pines and answer your questions. We have the Master Deed, Bylaws along with the Board Rules and Regulations that set the standards and requirements for those living in River Pines.

Projects – April 13, 2012
As spring arrives the River Pines Project Season begins in earnest. At this time we do not have any special projects planned for this year but there are many regular programs.
Roof Replacement – We plan to re-roof approximately 25 units in 2012 and will probably finish the balance next year. Our roofing contractor has placed shingles on roofs and started the 2012 re-roofing project on Tuesday, April 11th. We also have approximately 18 units that will receive some minor repairs this summer.

The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for May 22nd.
The Spring Information meeting was held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012
The Annual Association Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Septermber 19, 2012.
The Annual Garage Sale is scheduled for June 8 and 9th.
Ladies Spring Luncheon is scheduled for Saturday, June 2nd, 12:30 PM at Rocky’s of Northville
