Association Lease Management
Back to homepageThe Association has entered into an Association Lease Management Agreement with its Community Association Manager, McShane and Associates. The Association incurs an annual fee expense of $175.00 with McShane & Associates for each unit under a Board approved lease or rental agreement at River Pines. This charge is assessed to the owner of the leased unit. No proposed lease or rental agreement will be accepted by the Board of Directors unless the annual rental fee of $175.00 has been received by River Pines.
Therefore, be it declared that this resolution was approved by the River Pines Condominium Association on October 28th, 2014 and will be effective January 1st, 2015.
