2025 Update

Fall is here and a new board has stepped up to help out in our community. I would be remiss in not extending a heartfelt thank you to Bernie Horan for her leadership as president the past few years and to Matt Prosoli for his many years of service.

Welcome to our new board members Patricia Austin and Patrice Smith. Thank you for stepping up!

Our new board is as follows:

Deanna E Gaffney-President
Karen Kloote-Vice President
Walt Boyer-Treasurer
Patricia Austin-Secretary
Mark Bohlman-Member at Large
Patrice Smith-Member at Large

Unfortunately, board member John Loria has had to step down because of some health issues, we are currently searching for a replacement to fill his position.

The board has already been hard at work wrapping up projects in preparation for the winter months. Concrete work is complete for the year, gutter work is being done, paint prep is being completed for 2026, porches are being wrapped up for the season, asphalt will soon be prepped for crack filling and sprinklers will be blown out and shut down for the season.

The winter months will allow the board to spend time analyzing the inspection report that was prepared on porches and assessing those needs, preparing for the next round of roofs to be completed and preparing for the many other projects that will be completed next spring and summer.

A reminder to all, we have many walkers in our community, please drive carefully and obey the speed limits that are posted. Walkers should wear colors that are visible and easily spotted, consider light sticks if you walk in the evening.

Please remember we are here for you, we thank you for your trust in us,

Deanna E Gaffney
River Pines President
