Paving 9/16/2023

This summer we will finish the last sections of roads to be repaved. We have gone out on quotes, so we don’t have an exact date yet. Once the section on River Ridge Trail from Lone Pine Lane to 22180 River Ridge Trail and Lone Pine Lane from Court Ridge Court to River Pines Drive, we will have resurfaced all the roads in the complex. We will continue to monitor the roads to determine when and if any roads need to be resurfaced.
