Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors inside the unit do not need Board approval and installations are encouraged. All maintenance and replacement of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are the responsibility of the co-owner.

Batteries should be changed every year when you change your clock to daylight savings time.  Change battery as per instructions on the unit.
